This is a police authorisation given to facilitate a loaned vehicle to cross the border to another country.
Vehicle owner or any other person authorised in writing to process clearance
The applicant must bring the vehicle for inspection at designated police establishment
- Identification documents
- Registration book (Blue book)
- Authorisation letter (The owner of the vehicle submits to the police a detailed letter authorising another person to use their vehicle to cross the border for a specific period of time)
