Overview

Botswana National Archives and Records Services (BNARS)  receives and responds to general enquiries pertaining to collection (archival materials) such as books, files, audio tapes, videos and micro films from anyone who intends to do a research.

Citizens and non-citizens

How do I get this service?

1) Download, complete and submit the BNARS Searchroom Enquiry Form to BNARS Headquarters or email.

2) Submit the form in one of the following ways:

National Archives - Educational Tour

Overview

The Botswana National Archives and Records Services (BNARS) facilitates guided educational tours of the National Archives to students of all levels (primary, secondary and tertiary) and the public.

Who is eligible?

Educational Institutions and the public.

How do I get this service?

Download, complete and submit the BNARS Educational or Institutional Tour Booking Form at least 2 weeks prior to tour to BNARS HQ through email, fax or call.

What supporting documents are required?

None.

How long will this service take?

Ten (10) working days depending on the availability of dates.
