REQUEST TO UPDATE KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) FORM

All registered suppliers of Central Medical Stores are requested to update their details in the attached Know Your Customer (KYC) Form. 

Completed Forms should be submitted either by email to cmsdirector [at] gov.bw or hand delivered to the Records Management

Office by the close of Wednesday the 15th of July 2026.
