Submits plans and sections and proposed safety standards for approval by the Chief Inspector of Explosives.

- Application letter.
Five (5) working days from the date of submission.
There is an annual licence fee charged at BWP 100.00 for factory or fixed plant and BWP 50.00 for all other modes of manufacture.
